Matrimonial decisions and decisions affecting the family are culturally sensitive and emotionally taxing on clients. The Matrimonial Law and Family Law team headed by PM Shanas and Y. Where children and vulnerable elders are involved, team members take extra efforts to ensure their comfort during the discussion and during proceedings, if any.

Getting Married
We believe in the free choice of human beings to marry a person of their choice and live in safety and peace. We enable clients from different communities, countries, races, genders and ethnicities to marry the person of their choice as provided by Indian law.
Divorce and Settlements
Not all marriages work out; but all parties do want settlement to be reached at the earliest while ensuring that cost and time are not wasted. We provide guidance for different options open to the couple, enable and support mediation and counselling, and help clients to seek and get a divorce with as little inconvenience as possible.
Wills and Living Wills
Our services for seniors include drafting wills and family settlements. We also help seniors and chronically ill clients with advance medical directives (also known as living wills) to help them cope with difficult end of life decisions. We also help seniors combat neglect and destitution by proceeding against families, when required
Child Custody and maintenance
We believe in the right of children to love and care from both parents; likewise, we also support the right of both parents to participate in the upbringing of children. With these principles in mind, we enable single mothers and separated families to establish a working arrangement that is good for all stakeholders.
